Press the fire button 5 times in quick succession to turn the device on/off. Slide down the battery back cover and put one 18650 cell into the battery body. Press the fire button 5 times in quick succession to turn the device on and off. Recommended: high-rate 18650 cells, for example, Sony US 18650VTC4
Hold the fire button and inhale through the mouthpiece. Release the Fire button and exhale.
Set Screen Protection Time:
While the device is on, simultaneously hold the fire button and the left regulatory button to enter into the LED Color interface. Then press the right button again to enter into Screen Protection setting, and press Left button to choose the time. Press the fire button to confirm the choice.
Adjustment Lock Function:
While the device is on, simultaneously press the two regulatory buttons. This will switch between Adjustment Lock and Adjustment Unlock function. In adjustment Lock mode, the regulatory button will not function to prevent accidental VT/VW/Bypass setting adjustments.
Switch the Display Mode:
Simultaneously press the two regulatory buttons in power off state, the display will rotate 180 degrees.
Shift among Modes:
Press the fire button for three times to enter into menu . The 1st row will blink. Press the right button to switch among TEMP, TCR POWER and BYPASS mode. Press the fire button or leave it blink for 10s on the current setting to confirm and exit the menu. Under TEMP, TCR mode, while flashing, press the left button to enter into the subsidiary menu: VT, PWR, COIL and AMP. While adjusting VT, press the right button to switch among Temp NI, TI and SS316/M1, M2 and M3 mode. Press the fire button to confirm. When AMP row is flashing, press the right button to switch among AMP, PUFF and TIME. Under POWER, BYPASS mode, press the left button to enter into the subsidiary menu. In power-off condition, Press the fire button and right button for 5sto enter TCR set menu. Under TCR mode, while mode indication flashing, press the left button to enter into the subsidiary menu, sub menu will flash, press the right button to switch and press the fire button to confirm. Under TEMP, TCR mode, temperature can be adjusted. Long pressing the right or left regulatory button will make the temperature setting rapidly increase or decrease. In VW mode output wattage can be adjusted from 1W-60W by pressing the regulatory button. Long pressing the right or left regulatory button will make the wattage setting rapidly increase or decrease. New atomizer coil installation: when replacing a new atomizer, it may require resetting of the atomizer ?base resistance?; Wattage Adjustment in VT Mode: wattage can be adjusted in VT mode. Press the fire button 3 times to enter the menu. Press the left button, and the second row will blink. Press the right button to increase the wattage, and press fire button to confirm.
Joyetech now requires S/N (serial number) before providing replacements (due to counterfeits in market). We recommend you to keep the packing boxes after you get parcel, or take a picture of SN before you discard it. Thank you!
