We ship the same or following day(usually in the morning) except on weekends and holidays or special events which will ship the next business day. Our shipping staff processes orders through the evening up to 11:00pm to go out the following morning. We also process and ship on Saturday morning if we can process the orders before 11am but cant guaranty this as it depends on order volume. If you have an emergency situation and need supplies quickly let us know in the comments and we will try to process your order quicker.
You will receive notifications upon payment, shipment and receive tracking information to your provided email address.We offer United States Postal Service First Class, Priority or Express shipping and for heavier larger packages UPS or Fed Ex will be used.
We are unable to ship to forwarding overseas PO boxes i.e. DHL, FedEx, UPS Boxes at this time. We are able to ship to US Military APO type boxes for most items. We cannot ship loose Lithium batteries but eGo, eGo Twist, Vision Spinners are ok because they are encased and have a power switch to turn them off.
We can not be responsible for packages once they are handed off for delivery to the shipping company (ups, fedex, usps etc.) where a tracking number is issued and the item shows delivered because we have no way to verify if the package was stolen from your doorstep, delivered to a neighbor or never actually delivered. We will contact the shipping company on your behalf and provide any documents needed to assist and attempt to work it out. If you are concerned about packages not arriving, lost or stolen you can add Signature Required to your order. so it has to be handed to you or someone at your home rather then it just being left at the door. You may also request the package be held at your post office for pickup there is no extra charge for this.
Warranty, Exchange, Return:
ECIGSPLUS.com offers a 30 day Limited warranty which covers manufacturer defects in workmanship and materials for starter kits, batteries and accessories unless otherwise noted and is subject to our site Terms and Conditions. Damage caused by improper use or care of the product will void this Warranty. Obviously we want you to be happy with the products you buy from us and we may sometimes be able to offer extensions to the warranty depending on the product, manufacturer warranty terms. We do cover cost of returns for eligible claims in warranty cases.
Exchanges and Returns
Due to the sanitary nature of electronic cigarette products which does not allow them to be repackaged and resold like other electronics, used or opened items cannot be returned to us for exchange or credit. However, we do realize sometimes folks make a mistake and order a wrong item so items that are resalable, unused, unopened and in original packaging may be returned within 5 days of receiving the items as indicated by the tracking number. Shipping cost for these cases would be the customers responsibility. This does not include items that are clearance, discontinued items, liquids and e-liquids as these sales are final. Hazardous, items sold in unsealed packaging such as loose Lithium batteries, eGo batteries can be returned for store credit only as we cannot resell these once sold to third party
Warranty Product Limitations
Atomizers, Cartomizers, Clearomizers, Tanks, Coils and Cartridges:
There is only a DOA (Damaged on Arrival) warranty where the tank material arrives cracked or the body is physically damaged which must be reported within 24 hours of arrival based on tracking. We would cover the return shipping in these cases. Leaking and design issues are not covered as all tanks and clearomizers can exhibit gurgling or fluid in the center tube from time to time. We do not guarantee compatibility when used with different brands or even like brands unless sold as part of a kit i.e. a mod and tank together. Please carefully follow the manufacturer instructions to avoid any issues. Many problems are often due to misuse but there can also be some inherent design issues as many of these products are cutting edge. We recommend you do your research or shoot us an email before buying so we can let you know what problems you might experience. Despite this everything we sell is genuine name brand quality and we generally only stock items that are in demand and popular among electronic cigarette users with a good track record
Batteries, Chargers, and Charging Packs:
These have a limited warranty which covers only those defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product and does not cover problems that arise as a result of end user modification, use of parts not intended for the product, e-liquid flooding damage or operation outside the products specifications. All batteries should charge and discharge correctly for a minimum of thirty days and gradually degrade over time and use this is normal. If any damage to charging port, battery housing, threads is found on arrival you should not use the battery and return it to us.(This would have to be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item based on the tracking information). We do cover return shipping for eligible warranty claims
Liquids such as PG, VG, Nicotine, E-Liquid are not covered under warranty, exchange or refund. Taste is subjective when it comes to e-liquid and its impossible to warranty based on this. However if you receive an expired e-liquid we would replace these and cover the shipping. This would have to be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item based on the tracking information.
Direct Shipped Orders from Overseas
Once these orders are placed with distributor they cannot be cancelled, the order placement will show in your account order history. Unopened and Unused Items from a drop shipped order may still be returned to us within 5 days as indicted by the tracking number. These would be subject to a 15% restocking fee to help recover shipping and handling charges incurred to get the item to you.
ECIGSPLUS.com sells a variety of products from various manufacturers and We do not and cannot guarantee that these parts and products are compatible with those of different manufacturers or suppliers. We recommend whenever possible you choose products you wish to use together from same manufacturer.
Incorrect Item Received
In the event that we make a mistake and send you the wrong item(s) we will assume return costs of the item(s)and upon receipt of incorrect items we will ship out the correct item(s) at our cost. You must let us know within 48 hours by submitting a message to our contact us page. Please provide the order number, date of purchase, your name and address and a brief description of the mistake
Claims for shipping damages or cosmetic issues must be reported within 48 hours of the shipment arrival as shown by the tracking number
If you would like to return an eligible item or feel that you have received a defective item and would like to initiate a return under the terms of our warranty you should obtain an RMA# by first contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the reason for your return. Please include the order number, date of purchase, your name and return address
Once we receive your message, we try to work with you to determine if there may be a simple issue or quick repair. However if the item is deemed eligible for return or warranty replacement. We will then email you instructions including an RMA#, return address or shipping label for returning the item to the provided email address tied to your account. All shipment costs are assumed by us except where indicated above in cases of non-warranty or exchange or return.
When returning items to us, we recommend you use a shipping service that provides a tracking number so you may track the progress of the item back to us. Upon receiving an RMA number and return acknowledgement from us you must return / ship the items within 10 business days or forfeit the warranty. Upon receipt of the defective item(s) We will inspect and test the item to ensure it falls under our warranty repair or replacement guidelines and will communicate the status through the email address that is tied to your account. We will then initiate at our option the repair or replacement of the item and return it to you.
