What is a Cartomizer?

It is a two part word used to describe a pre filled or empty (for you to fill) cartridge and an atomizer combination. Instead of the atomizer being a separate piece it is embedded in the tissue material used to absorb the e-liquid and surrounded by the refill cartridge casing. When heated by the battery and draw upon it produces vapor without combustion.
