Trouble Using the store
If you are experiencing issues using our store please read some of the suggestions below:
Unable to add items to shopping cart:
Clear your Internet browser cache, cookies. This usually clears up any problems that customers may be experiencing.
Unable to checkout:
We have found that this is often due to an item / items within your cart that are no longer in stock and you are not receiving the pop up indicating this to alert you. This may be due to a browser problem, popup blocker or java script issue on your side
Unable to place an order using my credit card (declined transactions):
Our credit card security requires that your Billing Address matches EXACTLY the address that is on your credit card statement. You may however have an alternate shipping address. Larger orders will be verified prior to shipment
You must also make sure your CVV2 security code is correct. This is the 3 digit code on the signature panel (back side) of your Visa/MC/Discover or the 4 digit code on the front of the American Express card. If you cannot read this number or it is worn out you will have to use a different card or contact you credit card provider.
There are a extra "charges" on my credit/debit card after failed order attempts:
Be assured that your card has not been "charged". These are known as "temporary-authorizations" and will clear in 24-48 hours (excluding holidays and weekends). If they do not clear please contact us and we will check with our Credit Card processor. Please make sure that you only press the order confirmation button once and allow the system to respond or you will generate duplicate orders.
