Fresh Vapors Product Information

This leaflet contains important information about the above product. Please read it carefully before you start using Fresh Vapors e-liquid. Please keep this leaflet in a safe place for future reference.

Fresh Vapors e-liquid is a clear or colored solution containing USP-Nicotine between 0-24 milligrams per milliliter, depending on the strength chosen. The bottle will clearly identify the Nicotine strength of the e-liquid on the label. Your e-liquid may also contain one or more of the following: Vegetable Glycerin USP, Propylene glycol USP, Sweetners, Natural and Artifical Flavors(FEMA GRAS) and Distilled Water. Nicotine belongs to a group of chemicals called alkaloids. It is a very toxic, highly addictive poison which is lethal in acute doses above 60mg for an adult; and at significantly lower levels for children. Nicotine is the primary chemical in cigarettes which keeps people addicted to them.

This product is an alternative way of taking Nicotine for those who no longer wish to continue smoking cigarettes. Liquids containing Nicotine (for the purpose of inhaling them as a vapor) are vaporized, not combusted, which means that many of the carcinogens associated with cigarette smoking are not present when using this type of product. Fresh Vapors e-liquid is strictly limited for use in Personal Vaporizer's (e-cigarettes and other similarly-named devices) only. Fresh Vapors e-liquid is not classified or marketed as a medicine, as it is not used to prevent, cure, or treat any pre-existing medical condition. Fresh Vapors e-liquid is not a smoking cessation product; nor is it intended for use as a Nicotine replacement therapy.

Available bottle sizes are 16 ml, in strengths of 0, 4, 6, 10, 12, 16, 24 mg/ml of USP L-Nicotine

You should not use Fresh Vapors: If you are pregnant, or are likely to become pregnant, you are a non-smoker, you are under 18 years of age, if you have any medical condition which includes, but is not limited to, heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, emphysema, or asthma

• You are pregnant, or are likely to become pregnant, you are diabetic, you taking a smoking cessation product or Nicotine replacement therapy, you suffer with a severe pulmonary disorder, such as asthma, emphysema, or bronchitis, etc.
• You are allergic to Nicotine, or any other ingredients used in this product, you are on medication that may interact with Nicotine or any other ingredients used in this product, and you are generally concerned about your suitability to use this product
• You suffer with any pre-existing medical condition which may make you an unsuitable user of this product

This product should only be used in conjunction with a Personal Vaporizers, electronic cigarette, e-cig, or other similarly named device which vaporizes the solution to provide a "smoke-like" mist. This product is not intended to be ingested orally and it should not come into direct contact with the skin. To use this product in a Personal Vaporizers, apply 2-3 drops of the e-liquid with a pipette, or dropper bottle, directly onto the atomizer or a dry cartridge. Replace the mouthpiece and cartridge then use the device as per the manufacturers instructions.

• Nausea, Lethargy, Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue)
• Abnormal sensations, Chest pain, Depression, Fever, Irregular or fast heartbeat
• Pounding in the chest, severe dizziness or headache, Shortness of breath

If you experience any of these side effects while using Fresh Vapors e-liquid, or if symptoms persist, discontinue use and please seek medical advice from your Doctor, Physician, Pharmacist, or other suitably qualified Healthcare Professional.

All e-liquids may be lethal, if ingested; with a highly increased risk of fatality present should they be accidentally swallowed by children. In the event of accidental ingestion, seek medical advice IMMEDIATELY and show the Doctor or Physician this leaflet and the bottle from which the product was consumed. Nicotine can KILL!

• Please keep all Nicotine-containing products safely locked away in a child-proof cabinet (or other secured area) when not in use, and keep them out of the sight and reach of children and animals, at ALL times!
• After using the product, replace the safety cap and ensure it is secure
• Do not store above 77 Deg °F or expose to strong sources of heat or light.
• Do not use 3-6 months after the mfg date shown on the bottle.

This product should only be used in conjunction with a Personal Vaporizers, electronic cigarette, e-cig, or other similarly named device which vaporizes the solution to provide a "smoke-like" mist. This product is not intended to be ingested orally and it should not come into direct contact with the skin. Avoid skin contact with e-liquids wherever possible. If the product comes into direct contact with the skin, wash immediately with copious amounts of soap and running water. If symptoms of irritation persist, or you feel unwell, please seek medical advice.If the product comes into contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with copious amounts of running water and seek medical advice immediately. Please do not dispose of e-liquids in the domestic refuse, domestic drainage, or water courses. Contact your local waste disposal authority for advice when disposing of nicotine containing e-liquids.
