These can be use in the joyetech eVic, SID, 2200 mAh eGo-T mod, eGo, Vamo VV-Mod and other mods. The PF has a Lithium Nickel Manganese Cobalt Oxide core. The PF chemistry is rated to be better for longer high drain applications.
