The Joyetech 2200mah Mod is based on their excellent quality batteries only with huge battery capacity and life. It DOES NOT come with 1 18650 Li-on Joyetech battery this is sold seperately. Average vapers with find the battery will last as long as several days on a single charge. Can be charged with typical Joyetech eGo battery chargers or with a separate 18650 Li-on battery charger. These are not included.

The controller has 2 modes:
- First mode: is the constant voltage output mode at 3.3v, same as eGo C battery.
- Second mode: is variable voltage mode, which works from 3.6v to 4.15v. You can easily switch the mode according to the following steps
User instructions:
The initial mode is constant voltage output mode.
- Turning it on (or off) by pressing the button 5 times in 2 seconds. ( white LED blinks 3 times)
- When you want to take a puff, press the button. ( white LED blinks 1 time with 1 click.)
How to change from constant output mode to variable voltage output mode.
- Turning off the current mode (constant output mode ) by pressing the button 5 times in 2 seconds. ( white LED blinks 3 times)
- By pressing button for more than 5 seconds, LED will change to orange with 3 blinks.(the battery has switched to variable voltage output mode: battery voltage output mode)
- Before taking a puff, you need to unlock it by pressing the button 5 times in 2 seconds. (orange LED blinks 3 times)
- When you take a puff in new battery voltage output mode, press the button and the LED is orange.( in constant voltage output mode the LED is white).
- When charging, orange LDE will blink 5 times in the new mode.
How to change from variable voltage output mode to constant output mode.

- By pressing button for more than 5 seconds, LED will change to white with 3 blinks.(the battery has switched to 3.3 constant output mode: constant voltage output mode)
- Before taking a puff, you need to unlock it by pressing the button 5 times in 2 seconds. (white LED blinks 3 times)
- When you take a puff in constant voltage output mode, press the button and the LED is white (in variable voltage output mode the LED is orange).
- when charging, white LED blinks 5 times in the mode.
In 3.3V constant voltage, the battery features has no difference from present eGo-c battery
There are two methods to charge the battery of Joyetech 18650 eGo T Upgrade when the mod screw with the new flat controller.
This method is recommended.
Method 1, By TrustFire TR-001 Lithium ion Battery 2 Channel Charger.
- Take the 18650 li-ion battery out of the mod firstly.
- Please plug the AC plug.Looking at the LED indicators in battery charger, when the power is connected and without battery in it, the color of those two LED indicators are green.
- Notice the place of anode and cathode before you insert 18650 li-ion battery (there are words showing on the battery).When battery is in the TrustFire TR-0001 Lithium ion Battery 2 Channel Charger and charging, the LED indicator turns red.
- When the LED indicator turns from red to green, the battery is fully charged.
- Cut off the electricity supply before you take out the battery from the slot.
Method 2, By Joytech USB charger.
By this way, you do not have to take the 18650 li-ion battery out of the mod but you need a 510-eGo adapter.
- Screw a 510-eGo adapter with the joint of the new flat controller tightly.
- Connect the USB charger with the adapter.
- Connect the other side of this USB cable with the AC adapter, then plug the AC plug.(the AC plug is not the only choice, you can use car charging adapter or connect the USB cable with computer directly)
- Look at the LED indicator in the USB charger and button of mod, when connected with power, the LED indicator of USB charger is red, and the white LED of button blinks 3 times. When fully charged, the indicator of USB charger turns green.
- Remove the Joyetech USB charger.
